Broadside real estate maps announcing auctions conducted by James Bleecker & Sons, Franklin & Jenkins, and others of lots in early 19th century New York City. Lithography by Miller & Co., P. Desobry's Lithy., Mesier's Lith., and others. Maps show lots; some show existing buildings and names of property owners. Some maps announce auctions for property comprising estates of named decedents, such as Henry A. Coster and W.W. Gilbert. Some maps include names of "masters in chancery" who assisted in the property auctions.
