The scrapbook contains programs, photographs, clippings, fliers, and financial receipts for theater productions produced or stage managed by Ann Greyson in Los Angeles, New York and Atlanta, ca. 1990-2000. Los Angeles productions include The Blue Bird (Studio Theatre, 1997-1998); Charles Ludlam's Bluebeard (Hollywood Court Theatre, 1995); Bremen Freedom (Odyssey Theatre, 1997); Pizza Girls (NOHO Actors' Studio, 1999); and The Ring and the Book (Metropole Theatre Works, 1999).

Productions in New York include Candy & Shelley Go to the Desert (Bruno Walter Auditorium, 1990); Come Back to the 5 & Dime, Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean (Peoples Playhouse, 1990); Guys and Dolls (John Cranford Adams Playhouse, 1996); Lesbian Affairs (WOW Café Theater, ca. 2000); Pandora (1990); and Peggy (New Dramatists Theater, ca. 1990s). A Girl's Guide to Chaos (East Heights Theatre Co., 1992) was produced in Atlanta.
