Biographical/historical information

The Adele Theatre of Eatonton, Georgia booked silent films for public viewing. It also occasionally hosted musical and vaudeville shows.

Scope and arrangement

Collection consists of contracts and incoming correspondence concerning the booking of films, and the lists of film releases and illustrated advertising that the Adele Theatre received from various film distribution companies on their offerings. Also includes one flyer for a live mystery show to accompany the photo-plays.
