Read on Rosecrans' troops, and an unsigned report on the battle of Perryville and surgeon Head. Also present are letters from Army personnel in the Vicksburg area requesting supplies, July 1863. Western Department letters and reports also document Henry A. Warriner's activities in the field. Letters are mostly outgoing from Warriner from various locations in 1863; also included is a letter from Olmsted to Warriner, 186[2] Jan 21. His reports consist of early inspection reports, and supplies issued from Columbus, Kentucky and from Memphis, 1862 Sep-1863 Feb.</p> <p>Supply records consist of various invoices, and tables of supplies disbursed by the Western Department from October 1863 to October 1865. Also included are disbursement tables for a few individual locations.</p>"}
