Muralist, portrait artist, illustrator, painter. Graduate of the Chicago Art Institute, studied with Henry O. Tanner in Paris. Collection consists of clippings, diplomas and certificates, and news clippings documenting Scott's artistic endeavors. Personal papers include agreements for works to be done in the District of Columbia by Scott, 1943; and letters between Scott and Florida A & M College regarding work done by Scott for them.
