Leona Stephens (born circa 1885) and her husband Len D. Hollister (1884-1936) were writers and actors who worked on the Broadway stage and in vaudeville in the early 20th century. Following Hollister's death, Stephens continued performing and publishing songs through the 1940s. The Leona Stephens papers date from 1878 to 1952 and contain photographs, programs, song lyrics, and sheet music that document the entirety of Stephens's career, as well as her vaudeville act with Hollister. In addition, the collection includes an 1878 program from Edwin Booth's performance in Richelieu at the Pittsburgh Opera House.
