Scope and arrangement
The collection contains one film entitled Summer Story, dated 1964. The film, produced by HARYOU, documented the organization's arts workshops and professional training programs offered to young people in Harlem.
The dance workshop was led by Thelma Hill, director; Percival Borde, instructor; Georgia Collins, instructor; and Louis Johnson, instructor.
The drama workshop was led by Rick Sommers, director.
The fashion and design workshop was led by Zeida Wynn, director, and Paula Baldwin, assistant director.
The film workshop was led by Douglas Moye, director; J. Robert Wagoner, assistant director; and Elliot Mazer, consultant.
