Letters sent to George J. Coombes at the Astor Library and John Shaw Billings at the New York Public Library by S. Millington Miller, a serials dealer and notable forger, largely pertaining to sales of serials and periodicals to the libraries, as well as a clipping from the Savannah Morning News describing an altercation between Miller and Georgia librarian William Harden stemming from Harden's accusations of "literary fraud" against Miller.
