Charles M. Anderson (b. 1872) was a New York City realtor, known as the "Blind Real Estate Dealer of Bay Ridge.". The Charles M. Anderson papers contain documents relating to the Dollar Realty Syndicate, a real estate investment firm which he organized, and his real estate operations in Bay Ridge and Harlem; his writings on local and national topics; a small amount of Anderson and Van Deventer family correspondence; genealogical notes; and a photograph of his father, Charles E. Anderson of San Francisco, CA.
