The Salmon River Plank Road was a turnpike constructed in New York State in the 19th century. The collection consists primarily of financial records pertaining to the construction and administration of the Salmon River Plank Road, including payroll and stockholder records. Also included in the collection are small quantities of material relating to one or more New York State lodges of the International Order of Odd Fellows, a fraternal organization; and to the Oswego County (N.Y.) Court of Common Pleas.
