The Peace Now Movement was founded in 1943 by a group of pacifists to find means of ending World War II. They opposed the policy of unconditional surrender and called for a world peace conference. Collection consists of correspondence, accounts, reports, and related records. Correspondents include George W. Hartmann, Dorothy Hutchinson, Frederick J. Libby, and A.J. Muste. Also includes materials about John Collett.
