Harry R. Marshall, Jr., served as head of the Environmental Action Coalition (EAC) from 1970 to 1975, first as president and later as the chairman of the Board of Directors. Subsequently he served as the EAC's secretary. This collection contains correspondence (dating from 1970 to 1975), by-laws, Board meeting minutes (1970-1976), EAC's 1972 annual report, a file about the events planned for the first Earth Day in New York City (1970), and a program for the EAC Green Star Awards (1990).
