Memorandum of interviews held during the Staten Island Peace Conference between Lord Howe and delgates from Congress Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, and Edward Rutledge dated September 11, 1776. In the handwriting of Henry Strachey. Also includes a note dated August 21, by Strachey, relating to the preliminaries of the Battle of Long Island, and one letter from Howe to an unidentified correspondent dated November 2, 1775
