Scope and arrangement
This collection contains primarily brochures and pamphlets, in addition to booklets, maps, postcards, kits, clippings, and souvenir photographs, primarily of the United States, but also a number of materials on Canada and several other countries. New York City and New York State have the largest number of materials, including some for the New York 1939 World's Fair and the 1964 World's Fair. Among the subjects in the collection are Abraham Lincoln, national parks, Native Americans, and the American Civil War.
Arrangement
The collection is arranged alphabetically by state, country, and subject. A substantial group of additions, also arranged by state, is found at the end.
