Martha Jean Tepsic (1948-1999), was a choreographer and educator. The Martha Jean Tepsic papers, dated 1973 to 1999, reflect her professional career at educational and performing arts institutions that include the Atlantic Dance Company, Brenau College, the Fashion Institute of Technology, the Jamaica Center for Arts & Learning, and public elementary schools in New York City. The files also include some studies for her doctorate in dance history and aesthetics at New York University. The collection holds clippings, correspondence, course syllabi, notes, papers, photographs and programs.
