Scope and arrangement
The collection is chiefly comprised of two notebooks, with some other writings, correspondence, and ephemera, all recovered from the Rowntree Theatre in York, circa 1948.
One notebook contains a holograph essay "Lecture on radium" by Loie Fuller from 1911. The other notebook includes a draft of the same lecture on radium as well as extensive notes on other topics. There is also a holograph essay entitled "Light" and a corrected typescript for the English translation of Fuller's autobiography, Fifteen Years of My Life.
The correspondence includes a letter from Fuller to a friend, written on the verso of a letter from impresario Henry Russell dated 1909, in which she details problems with Russell and the Boston Opera Company.
Other associated material includes photographic postcards, a clipping, and a small photograph.
