The Elliot Stock manuscript material in the Pforzheimer Collection consists of correspondence and miscellaneous notes. The bulk of the correspondence is dated 1897-1900. Correspondents include: Thomas Bird Mosher, publisher; W. M. Rossetti, art critic and literary scholar; T. J. Wise, book collector and forger; and a few others. The miscellanous notes and most of the correspondence relates to Stock's 1901 reprint of the Pre-Raphaelite journal, The Germ.
