Wilfrid John Meynell, English publisher, editor and writer. · Holograph diary (excerpt) : 1878-1879 : (S'ANA 0267) : 20 pages (10 single sheets) : in ink, heavily revised in pencil; the 11-page first entry (29 Aug 1878) describes a visit to the Shelleys at Boscombe manor; a short second entry (15 Sep 1878) begins, "Lady Georgianna Fullerton brought Father Coleridge to see us. He knows a schoolfellow of Shelley's ..."; the third and final entry (16 Nov 1879) describes a visit to the home of Sir Frederic Leighton.
