Buxton Forman, bibliographer and forger : 1 autograph letter signed : 3 Sep 1906 : (S'ANA 0052) : 2 pages (single sheet) : from 118, Shaftesbury Avenue, W., London (printed stationery) : begins, "I am returning the proof you were good enough to let me see ..."; along with printed galley proof (2 single-sided sheets) of journal article, "'Queen Mab' and 'The Dæmon of the World,'" with ink corrections in Forman's hand. The article was published in The Athenæum of 14 October 1905. Both items formerly laid in to the Pforzhiemer copy of Queen Mab with Shelley's holograph annotations and drawings.
