Reverend Frederick Martin, British clergy and writer. The birth and death dates used in this record are taken from the Univeristy of King's College catalog record for Martin's General Introduction to the Apostlic [sic] epistles. To Robert Southey, poet : 1 autograph letter signed : 8 Jun 1838 : (MISC 4127) : from Hockering, near Dereham : begins, "Booksellers' parcels being sometimes uncertain, it may be well to apprize you that a little book which has been more years than needed months in passing through the press, will in the course of the current month be in Mr. Longman's hands for your acceptance.".
