He served for years as an officer for The Bibliophile Society of Boston, and produced several works privately printed by that group, including The Letters of Charles Lamb (1905); Byron's Malach Hamoves (1918); and Letters of Mary W. [copy not present]. With penciled notes at the head of the sheet in Forman's hand. -- 13 Dec 1910 : (S'ANA 0727) : from Boston; begins, "I herewith send you the original Godwin letter..." [ms. letter not present]. Godwin's letter of 27 Aug 1814 was used by Forman in his "Elopement of Percy Bysshe Shelley and Mary Wollstonecraft Godwin as narrated by William Godwin," published by the Bibliophile Society in 1911.
