Interior shots show The Times' staff at work as well as architectural and decorative details (see the files for Art and Antiques). Photographs of machinery, communication devices, and computers reveal changes in newspaper production technology throughout the 20th century. Both Pictures (General) and Making of a Newspaper files provide overviews of Times offices and staff activities in 1956 and the 1960s, respectively. Also present are photographs related to events that Ochs-Sulzberger family members attended, as well as their homes and mausoleums. Some affiliated companies, such as The Chattanooga Times and various printing companies, are also represented.

Files are arranged alphabetically by file title.
