In some cases she added articles, letters and other documents relating to an individual or topic for which she had created an <span class=\"title\">Edie</span> file. In other cases she created a research file on a topic or individual not connected to <span class=\"title\">Edie</span> after its publication, but filed it in this alphabetical sequence. In other cases she added a research file on a subject on which she had already published an article before she started working on Edie to this file. Though these files primarily cover individuals and subjects relating to <span class=\"title\">Edie</span>, they also document Stein's unrelated research and interests from the mid-1960s through the late 1980s.</p>"}
