The earliest records in this sub-series document her family's history; with genealogical records, her parents' marriage certificate, wedding book and obituaries; and Loudon's childhood and youth are covered with a detailed baby book maintained by her mother, documenting her early development; grade school report cards from 1933; and her 1943 high school yearbook, which includes the sheet music for the class graduation song, with music and lyrics by Loudon. Also included in this sub-series are address books, appointment books and a birthday book, maintained by Loudon from 1967-2003, as well as miscellaneous personal items, such as a prayer book, passports, notes on Loudon's fitness regime, membership cards and travel itineraries.
