Complete title: Lithography, Its Theory and Practice. Including a series of short sketches of the earliest lithographic artists, engravers and printers of New York. Among the sketches are Alois Senefelder (1771-1834) of Prague and Munich; John B. Pendleton (1798-1866) of Boston; and George and William Endicott of Baltimore and New York. Examples of lithographic printing are inserted to illustrate the sill or particular techniques of different workmen. Partially indexed. Unpublished
