Edward Kimball Hall (1870-1932), American business executive, was chairman of the National Collegiate Athletic Association Football Rules Committee. Collection consists of letters and telegrams, reports of the Football Rules Committee, football rules, typescripts of articles published by Hall in Collier's magazine, typescript of an article on Hall's life, newsclippings, and other papers.
