Scope and arrangement
The Tony Randall papers contain correspondence, awards and clippings about his career from 1957-1981. Most of the material relates to films of the 1950's and 1960's. Titles included are: The Mating Game, The Brass Bottle, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Lover Come Backand The Seven Faces of Dr. Lao . There is also correspondence regarding the television series Love, Sidney. There is no information about the television program The Odd Couple for which he won an Emmy Award.

This series contains letters from fans and business associates regarding primarily work on films in the 1950s and 1960s. Some titles include: The Seven Faces of Dr. Lao, Lover Come Back, The Mating Game, The Brass Bottle, and The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. There is also correspondence for the television program Love, Sidneyand a play entitled UTBU (Unhealthy to be Unpleasant)by James Kirkwood which was performed at the Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia.
