They were originally intended for use by the visually impaired. Operas included: Wonderful town, Carmen, Prince Igor, Mefistofele, Paul Bunyan, Lakmé, Don Pasquale, Visit of the old lady, Xerxes, The magic flute, Carmina Burana, Emmeline, La bohème, Madama Butterfly, The barber of Seville, L'Italiana in Algieri, Der Rosenkavalier, H.M.S. Pinafore, Voyage of Marco Polo, Seven deadly sins, and Iphigénie en Tauride.
