Scope and arrangement
The Deems Taylor Arrangements of Choral Music by Various Composers contains a variety of works, most of them from either the Baroque period or from the turn of the 20th century. There are arrangements of English, French, German, and Italian works.
Together with Taylor's published arrangements for chorus, this collection provides a sampling of the material he prepared for the Schumann Club.
Arrangement
The Deems Taylor Arrangements of Choral Music by Various Composers is arranged in a single series, alphabetically by title.
All works are with piano accompaniment except as noted.
All works include English translations by Taylor except as noted.
Abbreviations used in the disposition of voices are: S = soprano, A = alto, T = tenor, and B = Bass. For example, a work listed as for SSAA means that is for two soprano sections and two alto sections.
