The Continuous Rail Company, incorporated in New York City in 1911, purchased patents for manufacturing continuous rails and entered into agreements to make rails for Chicago railroads. Collection consists of certificate of incorporation, by-laws, minutes of meetings, contracts, ledger for 1912-1917, and a few letters of the Corporation.
