Papers dated 1773-1795 relating to the affairs of British Major General John Bradstreet and his lands near the Hudson River, including a certificate of indebtedness; a deed from Morgan Lewis; a letter to Colonel Oliver De Lancey; materials from Robert R. Livingston relative to the Indians; contemporary copies of proceedings of the Council of New York concerning lands and Indians, certified by Robert Harpur and Goldsborough Banyar; and a deed of Sir Charles Gould transferring the Bradstreet tract. One paper is endorsed with the initials of Alexander Hamilton
