William Clement Henry Esdaile, great-grandson of Percy Bysshe Shelley. Shelley's manuscript notebook of juvenilia, dubbed "The Esdaile Notebook," was in the possession of Esdaile's family until 1962, when it was sold by his sister, Lettice A. Worrall. The notebook is now held by the Pforzheimer Collection. To Kenneth Neill Cameron, Shelley scholar : 1 autograph letter signed : 2 Dec 1948 : (S'ANA 0013) : including, "I am afraid the late professor N. I. White made a mistake in thinking I had Shelley's manuscripts in my possession ... I have hardly anything of his except one small book ... ".
