Collection of material relating to the composer Igor Stravinsky, principally detailing the exhibition “Stravinsky and the Dance,” held for the benefit of the Dance Collection of The New York Public Library, May 2-June 2, 1962 at the Wildenstein Gallery, New York, as well as several subsequent exhibitions and related activities of the Committee for the Dance Collection. Includes correspondence, press releases, press clippings, invitations, guest lists, checklists of exhibition items and lenders, programs, and fourteen photographs.
