This collection, dated 1898 to 1950, consists of a selection of letters and invitations written by or to persons associated with this group. The most frequent correspondent is Vita Sackville-West (1892-1962), the writer and lover of Bloomsbury group member Virginia Woolf, and the majority of the collection is made up of letters written in the immediate aftermath of Woolf's suicide. less
