Frank Vigor Morley was a essayist, publisher, editor, and co-founder of the publishing firm Faber & Faber.

Scope and arrangement

This is a synthetic collection consisting of typescripts, correspondence, and portrait photographs. The typescripts include essays and lectures, many relating to T. S. Eliot. The correspondence consists of letters, dating from 1925 to 1979, from the author to Henry W. Eliot, T. S. Eliot, Valerie Fletcher Eliot, Michael Roberts, Frances Steloff, H. M. Tomlinson, and Philip Tomlinson. There are letters to Morley from Walter De la Mare, T. S. Eliot, Robert Giroux, Lewis Mumford, Ezra Pound, Herbert Read, Henry Tomlinson, Philip Tomlinson, Arthur Wheen, and others, dating from 1921 to 1980.
