The wrapper for #449 was torn at the number, and was later mis-identified by the USSC as 459. The history was foldered and filmed as #449. The wrapper and plan belonging to #449 were in folder #459 as filmed. In the Scholarly Resources guide, items originally described as #449 appear as such, but number 459 not listed. The plan, 449B, received conservation treatment in 2013 and is now in a separate oversize folder.</p>"}
