{"value"=>"<p>Lodge Number 2 was located on 17th Street between Pennsylvania Avenue and H Street. It was in operation from March 1862 to March 1863. Lodge Number 3 was located on 210 F Street between 14th and 15th Streets (opposite of the Paymaster's office at the corner of 15th and F Street). It was built in early December 1862 and was in operation until early spring 1863, when the Paymaster moved. This building was then used as the local storehouse for the USSC.</p>"}
