Also filed there is Frost's draft of the “1970 Master Plan Strategy for Program Development for the Central Harlem Community” which was done for the HARYOU-ACT Community Corporation, and a speech she made in 1979 about the youth training program she developed for HARYOU, which was presented in “Youth in the Ghetto.” The two chapters she wrote for the report can be found in the file. There is also information (memos and newsclippings) about HARYOU's effectiveness and the controversy that surrounded the program during the late 1960s.</p>"}
