In addition, there are miscellaneous notes about education in Clarke's hand, and a report of an investigation by the National Education Association, <span class=\"title\">Wilcox County, Alabama, a study in social economic and educational bankruptcy,</span> which details with illustrations and charts the educational situation in Alabama in 1966-67.</p>"}
