The letters, memoranda, and reports indicates that the City Club was not satisfied with services for the public. One of their major concerns addressed in these letters was street washing and snow removal. There are also several reports included from City Club inspectors observing snow removal. Additional correspondence concerns the wages of street cleaners and other municipal workers.</p> <p>Correspondence from 1907 to 1908, contains letter press copies of correspondence written by the secretary on behalf of the City Club. Included are discussions of financial and business matters, responses to inquiries from the public, and letters to the municipal government, courts, and other community organizations. The Series also contains an index of recipients.</p>"}
