Many of the items in this series were removed from a scrapbook, dismantled because of its poor condition. It contained primarily clippings and letters. The letters are primarily RSVP's and congratulatory notes responding to various events in Martin's career. Personal letters, letters related to St. Edmund's finances, and lastly letters of condolence written to Martin's wife after his death, are in the file.</p>"}
