Some of the chapter copies contain editing comments and occasionally related research materials. Copies of two of Chase's early texts are included in the series, with some documentation of the draft corrections or proof pages (see the <span class=\"title\">Guide to Latin American Music</span> and <span class=\"title\">Music in the New World</span>, vols.1-4, in b.8). Of note is an unidentified typescript of a text on Charles Ives, William Billings, and John Cage (b.9, fs.4-9) and the <span class=\"title\">Music in the New World</span>handbooks, (b.8, f.12) which compliment the radio series which is documented in Series III: NBC University of the Air (Radio Program).</p>"}
