{"value"=>"<p>The original Charter of 1948 called for 12 members of the Executive Committee (also known as EXCOM), with an additional 3 members optionally chosen to better represent the theatrical profession. Re-named the Executive Council in 1998, the organization was expanded to include 20 members. The Secretary General serves as a member ex-officio, and prepares reports to the Council.</p> <p>This series includes agendas and minutes of Executive Council meetings, budgets, reports from the Secretary General, information bulletins, proposed amendments to the Charter, correspondence, and other documents reviewed by the Council concerning the internal policies and procedures of ITI. Some documentation is in French as well as English.</p> <p>The Secretary General's report was originally filed with the Executive Council documents (Series II). From 1981 on it was filed with the World Congress material (Series III).</p>"}
