{"value"=>"<p>Production files refer to all productions that were produced in any form in any of the Manhattan Theatre Club venues including: an informal In House Reading, a Cabaret performance, or an Upstage, Stage I or Stage II production. Files also refer to MTC productions that transferred to other Broadway and international theaters as well as touring dates. Materials include show related materials of correspondence, casting lists, show reports, stage manager reports, programs, and publicity. In addition, the collection contains a limited number of scripts and production photographs.</p> <p>Proposed productions refer to shows that were actively considered for production. Some files contain only general correspondence or casting lists while others contain contracts and set designs.</p> <p>In order to maintain Manhattan Theatre Club's designated divisions of Artistic and General Management departments, this sub-series can be found under both series Artistic Department and General Management series. While comparable documents can be found within these two series, the notes and departmental handling are unique.</p>"}
