{"value"=>"<p>The largest of the venue sub-series, this series documents the Broadway run of <span class=\"title\">The Grapes of Wrath</span>, March 22-September 2, 1990, and contains several folders of correspondence including fan mail and opening night wishes, a number of pre-show checklists, agreements, backstage “contests,” calendars, cue sheets, notebooks, publicity materials, schedules, programs, clippings, stage manager’s reports for the entire run, and production materials.</p> <p>The humorous backstage “contests” for the New York run include awards, license plates, celebrity quotes, limericks, musicals, theme parks, “Name the Band,” and “Act III.” Also included are cartoons and caricatures done by the cast and crew. Production materials range from casting notes to stage manager’s reports. Materials relating to the Drama Desk Awards, the Outer Critics Circle Awards, and the Tony Awards can also be found. There is also a program for the AFL-CIO Boycott Grapes program, April 21, 1990. Photographs include a number of cast photographs, as well as several unidentified photographs.</p>"}
