Though by no means comprehensive, this subseries provides a suggestion of the degree to which Ballet Theatre/American Ballet Theatre relied on her support. Also documented are <span class=\"persname\">Chase's</span> other theatrical investments: Hillbright Theatrical Enterprises, an organization designed to solicit and review new play scripts with an eye to producing them; and, in the subseries called Personal Theatrical Investments, productions that actually came to fruition. Finally, papers relating to <span class=\"persname\">Chase's</span> 1952-1958 tax case can be found at the end of the subseries.</p>"}
