{"value"=>"<p>Several of Ms. Barker’s stage plays have numerous versions, such as <span class=\"title\">Armor of Light</span>(one-act play, ca. 1950s), <span class=\"title\">Fame</span> (ca. 1928), and <span class=\"title\">Funny One</span>(ca. 1928). <span class=\"title\">The Unpossessed</span>by Ms. Barker and Mary Hamman, based on Tess Slesinger’s novel (ca. 1936), was rejected by the Group Theatre for possible production. There are also several incomplete and untitled plays. Untitled plays are arranged chronologically. Television plays are filed after stage plays and include several versions of <span class=\"title\">The Little Locksmith,</span> adapted from the novel by Katharine Butler Hathaway (ca. 1954), and two versions of <span class=\"title\">Smoking Out Granny</span> (ca. 1958).</p>"}
