{"value"=>"<p>This series contains 12 interview transcripts: a 1994 TV/Radio interview with <span class=\"persname\">Daniel Mufson</span> which incorporates an earlier interview between <span class=\"persname\">Reza Abdoh</span> and <span class=\"persname\">Richard Stayton</span> in Los Angeles, and eight additional interviews conducted in the 1990s by Daniel Mufson with Reza Abdoh's brother, Salar, and with close friends and associates: <span class=\"persname\">Tony Charles</span>, <span class=\"persname\">Tom Fitzpatrick</span> (known as Tom \"Fitz\"), <span class=\"persname\">Juliana Francis</span>, <span class=\"persname\">Meg Kruszewska</span>, <span class=\"persname\">Dokhi Mirmirani</span>, <span class=\"persname\">Tom Pearl</span>, and <span class=\"persname\">Ken Roht</span>. Daniel Mufson's Master's thesis for the Yale School of Drama, <span class=\"title\">Places Ripped Open Again and Again: Sex, Identity and Death in the Recent Works of Reza Abdoh</span> (Spring 1995) is also included. There are also transcripts of interviews between Reza Abdoh and <span class=\"persname\">John Bell</span> (1994), <span class=\"persname\">Josette Feral</span> (ca. 1995), and <span class=\"persname\">Howard Ross Patlis</span> (1992; Epilogue 1995). The remaining materials are several general, published articles about Abdoh, an unpublished essay by <span class=\"persname\">Charles Marowitz</span>, and a chronology of his life. Of particular interest is a draft of a letter (ca. 1986) to <span class=\"persname\">Des McAnuff</span> at the <span class=\"corpname\">La Jolla Playhouse</span>, mostly handwritten by <span class=\"persname\">Tom Fitzpatrick</span>, but containing handwritten notes and drawings by Reza Abdoh.</p>"}
