These contracts document the terms of agreement between the Fair and the many outside individuals, businesses, organizations and governmental agencies that participated as exhibitors, concessionaires, vendors, performers and amusement operators.</p> <p>The Office of Secretary staff logged and filed all contracts in serial number order together with correspondence, change orders and other supporting documents. The arrangement of the contracts here reflects that order. Distinct contract numbers were assigned by the Legal Department in the course of drafting agreements (e.g. C-224, M-38, X-41). Where available, both serial and contract numbers are expressed.</p>"}
