{"value"=>"Acknowledges receipt of letter of 30th ult., by which he finds that Mr. [William?] Bingham had shipped to him by the \"Irish Gimblet, Capn Lamb\", gun carriages belonging to the cannon shipped to him by the sloop Washington, Captain Collins; but it is feared that Captain Collins has been captured and taken to Tortola; he has received no bill of lading for the gun carriages to be sent by Shaw's \"Brigt\"; it is just as well that they should remain in the hands of Shaw or of Captain Bradford."}
